Faddey has integrated one of the best Payment Gateway in our website (www.faddey.com) for ease of secure and safe transactions for happy customers. Our Payment partners are well equipped with security standards to avoid any misconduct or spam. Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Faddey before you proceed to pay for your purchase.
In the event that your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant, or if the area is not covered, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address that falls within our shipping partner’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for an area not covered by Faddey or its delivery partners, Faddey will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
If you place multiple orders for products in one transaction, Faddey will endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, all products will be shipped to the single shipping address provided by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you must place separate orders based on delivery addresses.
Shipping Terms
Items shipped to countries outside India may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. However, all products sold by Faddey can be purchased online from any part of the world.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from faddey.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Once an order is placed successfully, it is shipped within 24-48 hours. However, the delivery of the item may take up to 7 working days after shipment, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Charges
Faddey provides free delivery on all products if the order amount is above ₹699 INR for shipping within India. For international shipping, additional charges may apply. If there are any octroi charges, they must be borne by the customer. Some locations in India attract higher shipping costs, and additional charges will be reflected in the total amount before payment.
Cash on Delivery
Faddey offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. However, some areas and products may not be eligible for this option. A minimum charge of ₹99 is applicable as a convenience fee for COD orders.
Delivery Time
Faddey ensures quality product delivery directly from natural sources. We operate with a 3-5 days shipping policy for areas covered by our reputed shipping partners. For other areas, delivery may take up to 7 days depending on location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
If any order is booked from an area with limited private shipping availability, Faddey will inform you before dispatch. In case of an expedited delivery request, additional charges will apply. You will receive an email confirmation for every order placed, and another email with shipping details once your order is shipped.
Taxes or Hidden Charges
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. The price displayed on the website is the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes. If any octroi charge applies, it must be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, you must inform Faddey via email at m.faddey111@gmail.com or call us with purchase details immediately after placing the order.
Faddey reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if it is listed at an incorrect price. If you have been charged for such an order, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method and notified via email.
You must use your own credit card for transactions. Any fraudulent card use is the responsibility of the customer, and the burden of proof lies with them.
If you receive an open or unsealed package from Faddey’s shipping partners, do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately. Faddey will replace the product at no additional cost.
For any quality concerns, send an email from your registered email ID to m.faddey111@gmail.com with the subject line in this format: Order No_Quality Concerns (e.g., X123_Quality Concerns)
Faddey values quality. If you raise a complaint, a dedicated team will investigate and process either a replacement or refund. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on the nature of the concern.
10 Days Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. The customer must email m.faddey111@gmail.com with the Order ID and product details for return processing.
Refund Policy – 100% Refund, No Deduction
If an order is canceled, customers can choose one of two refund options:
Reversal to Bank Account/NEFT/Cash Deposit: The amount will be refunded to the same bank account used for the purchase.
KV Points (Default Option): The full amount will be refunded as KV Points, with no deduction from the order amount, whether shipped or not.
Amendments
Faddey reserves the right to amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised version will take effect immediately upon posting. Customers are advised to check the policy regularly for updates.
