2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹699 within India.
Orders below ₹699 will incur a nominal shipping fee displayed at checkout.
International shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Charges:
Any octroi, customs duties, or local taxes will be borne by the customer.
Certain remote areas may have extra shipping charges, which will be reflected in your total amount before checkout.

Delivery time depends on the courier service and your location.
Unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or public holidays may extend delivery time.
5. International Shipping
Custom duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
You must ensure that the product can be legally imported into your country.
If your country restricts certain products, we are not responsible for non-delivery.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India with an additional ₹99 convenience fee.
Some remote areas and high-value orders may not be eligible for COD.

8. Order Delays & Non-Delivery

Non-Delivery Situations:
Incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery attempted multiple times but no response from the recipient.
The area is out of the courier’s serviceable zone.
For non-deliverable orders, a re-shipping fee may apply.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations or address changes are only possible before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
